Kevin is a graduate of Lancaster Bible College (PA), Biblical Theological Seminary (PA), and Conservative Theological Seminary (FL). Over the course of his career he has pastored churches, been a missionary, and served as faculty and Academic Dean at Alaska Bible College, Indian Bible College, and here at Faith Bible College. He has a passion for teaching and teaches many of our in-person and online courses.

Hap has a BA and MA in Bible, an MS in Education, and a PhD in Old Testament and Old Testament Languages. He spent 21 years as a Navy chaplain and 18 years at Columbia International University before co-founding Faith Bible College with Dr. Ken Brackney in 1995. Hap still teaches FBC classes, investing in students locally and globally through God’s Word.

After serving in vocational pastoral ministry for several years, Kevin transitioned to education in 2019 as an adjunct for Faith Bible College. As an FBC instructor, he also teaches dual enrollment Bible classes at Hampton Christian Academy. He holds a Bachelor of Music and an MA in Religion, Biblical Studies from Liberty University, and a DEdMin from Southern Baptist Theological Seminary. He lives in Hampton with his wife, Laura, and their children. They run Mangata Coffee, a mobile coffee shop serving the Peninsula.

Dale graduated from Florida Bible College with a BA and ThB. He continued his education at Grace Theological Seminary (MDiv), Naval post graduate school at Duke University, and studied at the Institute of Holy Land Studies in Jerusalem, Israel. He is a retired Navy Chaplain and currently pastors a church in Hampton Roads. He teaches multiple courses at FBC each semester as part of our core faculty and serves as our liaison with local pastors and the community.

Dawn brings to FBC a wide range of administrative experience, including small business management, non-profit financial management, and church administration. She holds her Associate in Biblical Studies from FBC. Life experience as a small business owner, homeschool parent, and small group leader in the local church have given her a wide range of skills to serve the staff, faculty, and students of FBC with excellence and empathy.

Renee has her BA in Music Education from Shenandoah Conservatory of Music and her MS in Information from Florida State University. Her teaching experience as a homeschool parent, tutor, tester, and group educator for 16 years covered a variety of academic subjects. As FBC’s librarian, she provides solid academic resources for our FBC community. She also teaches academic research & writing and music.

Rachel has worked in finance for many years, spending her last 5 years doing auto claims settlements and bookkeeping for small businesses. Rachel has an Associate in Biblical Studies from Wave Leadership College. She holds certifications in Title IV, is a VA certifying official, and is certified in Quickbooks Online. Rachel resides in Chesapeake with her husband, Tyler, and 2 young children.

Lydia holds her Associate in Biblical Studies from FBC and is continuing on to get her Bachelor in Biblical Studies and Ministry. As our Director of Student Life, she enjoys using her spiritual gifts of listening, encouraging, and praying for others. With a heart for missions, she and her husband, Matt, are keeping the mission field in their future sights.
